Made from heavy duty Stainless steel construction, the Victor HD75 2 drawer warming cabinet is great for storing hot food in advance of service It has a fan assisted heating module and an integral water tray at the base of the unit keeping your food evenly warm while being stored Each drawer accepts 2 x GN 1/1 150mm deep gastronorm containers and are easily removable for cleaning The unit is mounted on small rollers at the rear which is designed to slide under the work surface for easy access and cleaning The size of the unit is: 760mm Wide x 650mm Deep x 655mm High and runs from a normal 13 amp plug This unit is brand new and has never been used, works as it should do and is sold with a full 3 month parts and labour warranty
