Smart Ventilation at Your Fingertips The PBT replaces the traditional PTL switch, offering a more intuitive and efficient way to control your RenewAire ERV. By default, your ERV operates at a preset minimum speed 100% of the time. When you need increased airflow, simply press the logo button to boost the unit to high speed. Customizable Ventilation Settings One Press: Runs the ventilator for 20 minutes. Two Presses: Extends operation to 40 minutes. Three Presses: Allows 60 minutes of continuous airflow. Four Presses: Cancels the cycle and returns to normal operation. Indicator Light: Shows when the ERV is running unless another control is wired directly to the unit. Compatible with Leading ERV Models The PBT works seamlessly with RenewAire EV Premium M & L, SL70L, and SL70H models. It also supports additional PBL switches (sold separately) for expanded control options. Simple and Hassle-Free Installation Connect the Wiring: Attach two wires to the ‘R’ and ‘C’ terminals. Use 18–22 gauge wire, up to 500 feet. Mount the Control: Install in a standard 2” x 4” electrical box with a minimum depth of 1.5 inches using the provided screws. Expand Control: Connect up to six PBL switches in parallel for enhanced functionality.
